Interpretation

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The same definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural.

• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Granville Tattoo, where control means ownership of 50% or more of the shares entitled to vote for directors or other managing authority.
